October is Filipino American (FilAm) History Month. FilAm History Month honors the history, heritage, pursuits, positive contributions, and legacies of Filipinos in the United States.
To welcome FilAm History Month and in celebration of the 75th Anniversary of Philippines-US diplomatic relations, the Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu is pleased to share with you a video presentation which highlights the rich history of Filipinos in Hawaii, as well as their positive contributions to the State and how the Consulate has stood witness to the growth and growing influence of Filipinos and Filipino Americans in Hawaii.
