As a kid who grew up within one mile of Wrigley Field, and played one-on-one baseball... and who grew up a San Francisco Giants (& Oakland Athletics) fan in the Bay Area, I don't really care who wins. I just want Shohei Ohtani to hit one out every game. And strike 'em out. Well, I guess "Go Dodgers!" and hoping Shohei has an MVP-winning World Series performance.

After his home run in Game 1 of the 2025 World Series, Shohei Ohtani joins Hideki Matsui as the only Japanese-born players to hit home runs in a World Series game.
