July 20, 2004. Vallejo, CA. Tess had just given birth to Chesca on July 14. She, the kids and I were still camped out at my parents so they could assist with the kids. My sister, Vince and their kids lived in our first house at Toni Ct (which you could see from the backyard) so we were always complete for dinner.
