A tita on dialysis. A lola who managed her diabetes...

When I asked about the stress test, he thought it would only be 70% accurate since I have a few conditions. He was concerned about my high blood pressure and my cholesterol. Dr. Rhim said my triglycerides and cholesterol were under control in early 2020, but have shot up. When he asked me about it, I said my diet had gone south the past few years. He said if I don't address these things, the likelihood of me having a heart attack in the next 5 to 10 years is 20-30%. Dr. Noces, my primary doctor, showed me three days ago on his computer monitor the number 27.4% that I likely will have a heart attack in "the next couple of  years." Dr. Rhim suggested I take Omega-3 supplements, but definitely do daily exercises/walks in addition to weights. He said I do not have to worry about "inferior ischemia" on my EKG. Just diet and exercise. Which I alread...
