Vietnam is getting ready to celebrate the Lunar New Year of the Cat that begins on January 22, 2023, while many other Asian countries like China and South Korea are welcoming the Year of the Rabbit.

Streets are decked up with statues of felines and people are buying cat-themed decorations for celebrations.
