Never heard of the song or the group until today.  I was posting on Instagram via the Motivational app, and just did a search on "Carpe Diem" then "Seize the day" and found this.

Posting also for a friend who lost her partner due to suicide.  We're both grieving.  I saw you posted "I don't think I can recover from this."  I felt that also.  But you will recover.
