ANC 24/7: The Philippines begins its legal COVID-19 vaccination drive.

The first person to receive the authorized vaccine is Philippine General Hospital Director, Gerardo Legaspi. Legaspi says, he volunteered to take the vaccine to vouch for its safety.

Dr Gerardo Legaspi, director of PGH, is the first person to legally receive a COVID-19 vaccine in the Philippines.
