Kaiser Fasting Labs - February5
I parked at the top of the parking garage so I can get max steps in. Passed by Costco to buy onions (and to get more steps in). Grabbed more tomatoes. Cooked organic mushrooms for my omelette.

Happy First Birthday Akira! 🐶
Help me wish my Sagittarius Dog 🐕 a Happy Birthday 🥳 I'm actually late with this birthday greeting. Her papers from the animal shelter listed December 9 as her birthday. Photos were from our morning walk in Hiddenbrooke. She got to "meet" new doggie friends during the walk. This pitbull and Akira gave their respective owners some early exercise as we both pulled back on their leashes as they lunged at each other from across Overlook Drive. We did see a beautiful black and white Akita. That Akita was so chill, and did not lunge at Akira. Akira pulled me towards the Akita. Happy Saturday everyone. Stay dry. ☁️🌧️☔ Using the Blogger app on my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra for this post. 📱 Akira poses in from of the 18th Hole at Hiddenbrooke Golf Club.
Dogs do speak, but only to those who know how to listen.
Did a thirty minute walk with Ciara as soon as I got home this evening. We were back home by 8pm.

Walk with my baby girl in September | Testing my new iPhone
Woke up around 1 AM My biological clock is off again. I usually wake between 3 and 4 AM. The past few days, it's been around 1 AM. While editing photos on the Mac, I accidentally found this video which I think I created. on my iPhone 11 back in September or October. It's "short and sweet" -- 30 seconds. As a longtime Samsung Galaxy user, I'm still learning my new iPhone. It seems easy to make videos. I actually have to learn how to use Adobe Premiere to edit all the video I've shot through the years. I finally flew the drone back in November on February 1. Took her out on my walk with Ciara in the morning. Ciara is not happy that we're not doing much walking.
