Three eggs, Mushrooms, Spinach & Tomatoes

My usual brunch. But this time, I mixed in the spinach in the pan, as well as the mozzarella cheese. Dressed it with Cholula hot sauce.  Blood sugar was 139 at 8:50 AM. Did quick sets with dumbbells: inclined bench press, bicep curls, shoulder press, tricep curls, wrist curls.  Blood sugar is now 102 at 1:20 PM.
