U.S. House APPROVES 25th Amendment Resolution U.S. House approves resolution calling on Vice President Pence to convene and mobilize the cabinet to invoke the 25th amendment, 223-205. Vice President Pence informed Speaker Pelosi in a letter that he has no intention of using the 25th amendment as requested.
