Anti-Vaccine Propaganda Will Kill You

Image
COVID-19 vaccines have been instrumental in reducing the impact of the pandemic, preventing severe illness and death, and they appear to protect against long COVID. That's the opening statement of the new Yale study  Immune markers of post-vaccination syndrome indicate future research directions .  It did say that further research can be done due to "A SMALL NUMBER of people" reporting chronic symtoms. A small number of people report chronic symptoms after receiving COVID-19 shots. A new study provides clues for further research. Would you rather have chronic symptoms, or be DEAD?! My wife died from COVID-19 because she missed the vaccine. Because there was an idiot in the White House wasting precious time. So if you're spreading anti-vaccine propaganda in 2025 (and support Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.), then read below. Dear MAGA morons, vaccines keep your kids from dying a horrific death. Know who wants that? PUTIN! The anti-vacci...

My Primary Doctor said I had a Heart Attack

Image
But my new cardiologist said I did not. He recommended I have an Echocardiogram (ultrasound of heart). There you go Joy. When I asked about the stress test, he thought it would only be 70% accurate since I have a few conditions. He was concerned about my high blood pressure and my cholesterol. Dr. Rhim said my triglycerides and cholesterol were under control in early 2020, but have shot up. When he asked me about it, I said my diet had gone south the past few years. He said if I don't address these things, the likelihood of me having a heart attack in the next 5 to 10 years is 20-30%. Dr. Noces, my primary doctor, showed me three days ago on his computer monitor the number 27.4% that I likely will have a heart attack in "the next couple of  years." Dr. Rhim suggested I take Omega-3 supplements, but definitely do daily exercises/walks in addition to weights. He said I do not have to worry about "inferior ischemia" on my EKG. Just diet and exercise. Which I alread...

Type 3 Diabetes & Alzheimer's disease

Image
Mayo Clinic YouTube I was watching a YouTube video and an ad popped up about "Type 3 diabetes" and dementia. I'm a Type 2 diabetic, so I got curious. From my initial readings: It's an accepted fact that people with Type 2 diabetes have a higher risk of Alzheimer's disease . One reason may be reduced blood flow to the brain because of damaged blood vessels, Dr. Bu explains. "And, therefore, the supply of essential nutrients to the brain is also impaired."      Dr. Bu has found genetics may also be to blame. A variant of the so-called Alzheimer’s gene, APOE4, seems to interfere with brain cells' ability to use insulin, which may eventually cause the cells to starve and die. Unofficially, it's called Type 3 diabetes. "What it refers [to] is that their brain's insulin utilization or signaling is not functioning. Their risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease is about 10 to 15 times higher." - MAYO CLINIC Rochester, Minnesota Are some c...

Tested negative for #Covid19 one week after positive test. 🙏🏽 Be safe!

Image
'Health is wealth.' I'm back almost 100%. The first day I felt sick was Monday last week, June 24. I had a fever, I guess. But the telltale sign was that my body ached (just like last fall when I first got COVID-19).  On the positive side, my body did not hurt as much as it did the first time I got COVID-19. Nonetheless, I did not want to move. I lay all day Monday and Tuesday. I knew I had a home test kit somewhere, but I was too sick to look for it. The first time I let someone know I was sick was my sister on Tuesday because she asked me to visit our mom, and I said I could not because I felt bad. My dad called that night to ask me to go to the emergency room. So the next day, Wednesday, I went to Kaiser Vallejo ER. The emergency room was packed. But soon after the ER clerk checked me in, she asked me to go inside one of the rooms for the triage. Soon after that, I got a room and spoke to the ER doctor. He said I'd be given a COVID test, and I would get a call from ...
