Fil-Am Raquel Bono will head the #COVID19 Health System Response Management of Washington State. She is a retired US Navy Vice Admiral OLYMPIA, Washington — Gov. Jay Inslee on March 22 named retired Navy Vice Admiral Raquel C. Bono, a Filipino American, as Washington state director for COVID-19 Health System Response Management. She will advise the governor and state agencies on how to address the pandemic.
