Election 2024 The Harris Victory Fund—a joint fundraising committee that allocates contributions to her campaign, the Democratic National Committee and to state Democratic committees—quietly updated the information on its donations page on Wednesday morning. The donation page now says that a portion of money donated to the fund will be allocated to “Harris for President’s Recount Account,” signaling that Kamala Harris’s team is gearing up to watch the count of votes in contested states closely.
