Rodrigo Duterte, the former President of the Philippines, has been “forcibly taken” onto a plane headed for The Hague, his daughter said, after being taken into custody in Manila under an arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC). The ICC alleges Duterte committed crimes against humanity during his controversial war on drugs, which led to thousands of deaths.
