It was a tribute to the Filipino-American fathers who served. Rudy Jandoc, Arnel Pacanza & J.F. We were planning to celebrate Missy Cabrera's birthday at Rellik, but the place was packed to the gills. We ended up at Nation's in Benicia instead. The Napkin Tripod: I didn't have a tripod on me, so I improvised. I set the timer on the Sony A7III, propped the lens up on a napkin holder , and ran into the frame to catch this shot with Rudy and Arnel. Great times with the brothers. These moments are exactly why I carry the camera—to document the heritage and the history of our crew.
